Continental Opens The Doors

Continental Gin Studios annoys the hell out of me, but in that I-wish-you-were-freaking-open more-than-twice-a-year-way.

I guess it's one of those cake scenarios: if you ate cake every day it would start to get dull like cardboard... or maybe it wouldn't and you'd get real fat.

Either way, I always love touring the Continental Gin Studios here in Deep Ellum. It's like a big art present that we get to unwrap every six months.

The details:

The twice a year Continental Gin Open Studios return - April 25th and 26th, this Friday and Saturday. The artists of the 120 year old building and Historic District, open up their studios bi-annually for a celebration with art, food, drinks and music. Check out the view of the city skyline from the upstairs skyway patio - linked to the Continental Lofts.

Friday, April 25, 6–9pm &
Saturday April 26, 2–8pm

The Continental Gin is located at 3309 Elm Street, down the street from Sons of Hermann Hall.
